David Walker

Team Lead

David Walker is an experienced business owner and investor with a strong track record of acquiring, developing and growing businesses across a range of industries. He has built and managed businesses across property, civil infrastructure and other operating sectors, with a practical understanding of what it takes to run and grow successful businesses.

David takes a hands-on approach to investment, focusing on identifying opportunities, building strong teams and working alongside management to develop businesses and assets over the long term.

Roshan Strange

Chief Financial Officer

Roshan Strange has over 24 years of experience across finance and accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, and is a member of CPA Australia.

Roshan brings extensive financial and commercial experience, including financial management, business performance and advising businesses across a range of industries. She also runs her own accounting practice, providing financial and business services to a diverse range of clients.

Michael Bolton

Chief Operations Officer

Michael Bolton has over 20 years of industry experience, having progressed through a range of operational and leadership roles since beginning his career in 2003. His experience includes branch management, human resources, general management and business operations.

Michael brings a practical understanding of managing people, leading teams and overseeing day to day operations, with a focus on building strong teams and improving business performance.

Across property, civil, quarrying and recycling, we’ve been involved in the day-to-day realities of running businesses, developing opportunities and making decisions about where to invest and where we can make a difference. We carry that practical experience into new opportunities, using what we’ve learned to help assess, develop and grow what comes next.

Crushing Dynamics provides crushing services, as well as crushing and screening equipment. We are a multi-functional excavation, demolition and plant hire company.

Developing a portfolio of high profile clients, Crushing Dynamics has worked on a variety of contracts and projects, involving Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, Earthworks, Site Retention Systems and Civil Works, whilst also operating several recycling facilities in the Sydney metro area, servicing crushing and screening.

DUX World exists to recover value from materials that would otherwise go to landfill, process them into quality products, and return those resources to local construction, civil, landscaping and infrastructure projects.

By combining a licensed regional recovery facility with our own transport fleet, mobile concrete crushing and demolition capability, we help customers cut disposal, cartage and raw-material costs, with full traceability from the moment material arrives to the moment it’s reused. Property Development

Brookava specialises in property development, taking projects from site acquisition and feasibility through planning, approvals and construction. We assess market demand, costs, risks and returns to identify viable opportunities.

We coordinate consultants, manage approvals, arrange funding and oversee construction through to completion. Our focus is on delivering quality projects, creating value and achieving strong commercial outcomes.
